All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. However, registrations are 100% transferable to any colleague or team member within your organization at any time up until 24 hours before the event. Simply contact us with the new attendee’s details to update the delegate pass.

Each local event organizer is granted strict access only to the respective attendees for their specific gathering. Your payment credentials are encrypted and processed straight through Stripe Connect API; REWILD never retains credit card numbers or raw billing profiles on local servers.
